The Village of Union City Ohio is pleased to announce it has been awarded a Housing Preservation Grant to support local property owners with essential home improvements.

This program is designed to help homeowners maintain and improve the quality, safety, and longevity of their properties. Funding will be distributed through a competitive application process, with priority given to projects that demonstrate significant need and community impact.

Residents interested in applying must submit their applications by July 30, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
