Randolph County residents are invited to take part in a new community-wide celebration highlighting local nonprofits. The inaugural Randolph County Day will take place on Monday, June 8, featuring a self-guided driving tour designed to connect residents with organizations serving the area.
The event will run from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM and includes ten participating nonprofit locations across Randolph County. Residents can visit these sites to learn more about the services they provide and meet the individuals who support their missions.
Participants may pick up a passport card at any of the participating locations or at the Community Foundation of Randolph County office. Each stop on the tour will provide a stamp, and residents who visit at least six locations will be eligible for a special incentive.
Participating nonprofits include:
Start with Art
Friends of Ward Township District No. 5 School
Bee Wings & Fuzzy Things
Randolph County United
Huntsville Community Center
A Community Christmas
Preservation Society of Union City IN–OH
Randolph County YMCA
Art Association of Randolph County
Red-Tail Land Conservancy
Residents who visit at least six nonprofits and complete their passport card will receive $2 off a purchase of $10 or more at select local businesses, including Gran’s Kitchen, Northblock Coffee, Our Pizza House, Stacy & Taylor’s Sweet Treats, and Stop N’ Sip. The discount is valid through June 30, 2026, and requires surrendering the completed passport card at redemption.
Randolph County Day is organized by the Community Foundation of Randolph County as a way to celebrate and support local nonprofits while encouraging community engagement. The event also highlights the importance of ongoing support for nonprofit organizations throughout the year.
Residents are encouraged to participate, explore their community, and support the organizations that make Randolph County a stronger place to live.
