Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) has launched a new Bill Support Center designed to give customers clearer, easier access to information about their electric bills, rate options, and programs that can help manage energy costs.

The Bill Support Center serves as a one-stop resource for residential customers across the service territory. It brings together helpful tools and information to answer common questions, including what is included in a bill, whether rates have changed and why, and what options are available if a bill is higher than expected.

Customers can explore their energy usage in more detail using two new features:

  • Rate Finder – A digital tool that helps customers identify the rate option that best fits their energy use and lifestyle in just minutes

  • Quarterly Rate Snapshot – Provides updates on current rates, whether they have increased or decreased, and the factors behind those changes

In addition, the Bill Support Center allows customers to:

  • Learn about available payment assistance programs

  • Compare rate options based on usage and budget

  • Explore opportunities to earn bill credits through energy-saving and rebate programs

  • Sign up for online billing, AutoPay, and paperless billing

  • Use the Friends & Family Direct Program to help pay someone else’s bill

For those who need additional support, customers can schedule a virtual appointment with a local customer service representative or submit questions directly to the I&M customer service team by email.
