Residents interested in starting or growing their own business have an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship at a free workshop hosted by Ivy Tech Community College Richmond.
The Entrepreneurship Basics workshop will take place on Monday, March 23, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Ivy Tech Community College Richmond as part of the college’s Skills Training – March ’26 series.
This fast-paced session is designed for individuals who are curious about launching a business or exploring business ownership. Participants will learn key concepts such as:

Different business ownership options
Practical steps for launching a small business
What it takes to successfully operate and grow a company
